gentle play is a small, family-run studio making calm sensory bins from natural materials. every bin is blended by hand in small batches, photographed exactly as it ships, and packed in a kraft box with a hand-written note. we started it because sensory play is wonderful for children and the prep is genuinely miserable, so we decided to do the prep.
all products are for ages 3+ with adult supervision. pasta-based bins contain wheat. some blends include tree nut shells or dried florals. the full ingredient list is on every product page under ingredients. if there is a severe allergy in your house, email us before you order and we will tell you straight whether a bin is safe for you.
most bins use a dyed durum wheat pasta base in mixed shapes, blended with untreated beech beads and shapes, dried botanicals, and a light natural fragrance. color comes from plant and vegetable based dye. nothing is a mystery blend and nothing is neon.
